We Require a MINIMUM of 2 weeks notice for ANYTHING CUSTOM
**there is NO SUCH THING as too early to start planning for us!**
What is custom? We consider custom to be anything where you are choosing the FLAVOR -- CUSTOM COLOR -- OR DECORATION ( including edible images) as we would be making it custom just for you. This does not mean that they have to be fancy or more expensive, It simply means, it isn't something we currently have in store in your flavor/color/or desired decoration.
Please note -- it does not take us 2 weeks to make these items, they are made FRESH in house for you! However, we only take on a certain number of custom orders weekly to ensure that we do not overbook or over extend causing us to have to rush orders, or fail to fulfill them to the level and quality we are known for! That being said, we book up to a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, sometimes earlier -- so it is HIGHLY advised to reach out early.
Non Custom orders must be made at least ONE week in advance prior to your event or desired date. Orders made less than 4 days prior to your event, may be considered a RUSH order and could be subject to a rush fee of up to $10 based on our discretion. It is strongly suggested that you reach out to us earlier, if you have a date in mind to prevent any fees or delays.
At the time of ordering, please complete the contact form and someone from Simply Sweet Treats by Meeks will personally reach out to you to discuss your order in details.
Invoices/estimates will be sent via email at the time of your order and Simply Sweet Treats requires all invoices to be paid in full upon receipt (unless discussed during consultation.)

NO PERSONAL CHECKS
A 50% deposit is required for orders of $100 or more at the time of placing your order.
If events are more than one (1) month away from booking, a 50% deposit is required on all orders and the balance is due (in full) 2 weeks prior to the event.
If invoices are not paid in full 3 weeks prior to your event, orders will be canceled with NO REFUND!
* Please note* Once work has begun and payment is received, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Work will commence promptly only after payment is received. If a refund is requested, it must be done within 24 hours of payment, and it will be processed accordingly at our discretion.
No refund will be issued for postponed or canceled events.
